EMERGENCY CARE

Indianhead Medical Center has 24 hour emergency coverage with our doctors on call. All emergency room staff are Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified and Trauma Nursing Core Certified (TNCC). IMC is a Level IV Trauma Center; patients with severe traumatic injuries or conditions are stabilized in our emergency room and transferred via ambulance or helicopter to larger facilities in Duluth, Eau Claire or Minneapolis.
