Dr. Jeffrey L. Dunham received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1987. He completed his residency in Family Practice in 1990 at Broadlawn Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Dunham enjoys the full range of Family Practice. His practice includes Obstetrics and flexible sigmoidoscopy and colposcopy. Dr. Dunham shares his medical expertise with the region through his involvement in community and educational organizations

Dr. Allan Haesemeyer has been providing skilled dedicated care for the patients of Shell Lake, Spooner and Siren for many years. He received his medical degree from the Kansas University Medical Center and is Board Certified. Dr. Haesemeyer is Chief of Staff of the Indianhead Medical Center. When not caring for patients he enjoys cross-country skiing, building canoes, fishing and woodworking.

Jamie Lea T. Bell (formerly Jamie Lea Rivard), Physician Assistant-Certified, joined the Shell Lake Clinic in April 2009. A native of the Siren area, Bell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies.
Jamie enjoys the full scope of medical care that family practice encompasses. Her interests include urgent care and pediatrics, as well as chronic disease management and minor surgical procedures. Ms. Bell is available to see patients at Shell Lake Clinic and at the Siren satellite clinic.
Sumit Sinha, MD received his medical degree from University of West Indies Medical School, Mt. Hope, Trinidad in 2002. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Columbia Saint Mary's, Milwaukee, in 2009.
Michael L. Breitenfeld, PA-C, served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. He graduated from UW-River Falls with a degree in biology and then attended the Physicians Assistant School at Marshfield Clinic, graduating first in the class. Breitenfeld has an interest in Family Practice and has been serving patients in northwestern Wisconsin for over 30 years.
Eydie Farrow, is a Shell Lake native who returned to this area after twenty years in Northeast Wisconsin. As an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Eydie’s practice includes a broad scope of medical care. Eydie believes that a major part of her role is that of an educator. She asserts that through education her patients can learn to prevent and even reverse many disease processes, therefore greatly improving the quality of their lives. Ms. Farrow is available for appointments Monday through Friday.

Orthopedics:
Troy Berg, MD, is committed to providing personalized, effective treatment to patients with orthopedic problems. He specializes in Orthopedic Surgery including arthroscopy, joint replacement, fractures, ligament injuries, and upper and lower extremity surgery. Dr. Troy Berg is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. He completed a fellowship in arthroscopy and Sports Medicine at Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah, concentrating on the most advanced techniques for cartilage regeneration and transplantation, as well as comprehensive treatment of knee and shoulder disorders. Dr. Berg is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Jose A. Padilla, MD, received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, California, in 1992. He completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic and Affiliated Hospitals, Rochester, Minnesota, where he also earned a masters degree in Biomechanics. Prior to joining Chippewa Valley Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Dr. Padilla practiced at Cochise Orthopaedic Clinic, Sierra Vista, Arizona. Dr. Padilla has an avid interest in the outdoors, is a certified diver and shares an interest in the martial arts with his son. Dr. Padilla specializes in Orthopedic Surgery including Joint Reconstruction & Trauma:

Podiatry: Mack
Dr. Gregory Mack received his medical degree from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa and completed his residency at the Straith Hospital for Special Surgery, Michigan. He is Board Certified, a Fellow with the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Mack is a clinical associate professor with the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Department of Family Practice. Dr. Mack has been seeing patients in western Wisconsin since 1991. His goal is to provide quality, competent care with the patient’s personal feelings in mind. Dr. Mack’s practice includes all facets of Podiatric medicine and complete foot and ankle surgery.
Urology: Tornehl
Dr. Christopher Tornehl graduated in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Madison in 2002. Dr. Tornehl completed residencies in Surgery and Urology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. He is certified by the American Board of Urology.
