Indianhead Memorial Clinic offers a full spectrum of care for you and all members of your family, newborns to seniors. The clinic provides general family practice services, including obstetrics to Washburn County and the surrounding area. Indianhead Medical Center understands the needs and values of the community. They are able to provide personalized medical care, incorporating the latest medical technology and knowledge with compassion and integrity.

As an independent clinic, the Indianhead Memorial Clinic physicians are able to refer you for specialty care to physicians who have been carefully chosen from among the best in the region.

Family Practice Providers

Dr. DunhamDr. Jeffrey L. Dunham received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1987. He completed his residency in Family Practice in 1990 at Broadlawn Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Dunham enjoys the full range of Family Practice. His practice includes Obstetrics and flexible sigmoidoscopy and colposcopy. Dr. Dunham shares his medical expertise with the region through his involvement in community and educational organizations.

Dr. HaesemeyerDr. Allan Haesemeyer has been providing skilled dedicated care for the patients of Shell Lake, Spooner and Siren for many years. He received his medical degree from the Kansas University Medical Center and is Board Certified. Dr. Haesemeyer is Chief of Staff of the Indianhead Medical Center. When not caring for patients he enjoys cross-country skiing, building canoes, fishing and woodworking.

Dr. BellJamie Lea T. Bell (formerly Jamie Lea Rivard), Physician Assistant-Certified, joined the Shell Lake Clinic in April 2009. A native of the Siren area, Bell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies.

Jamie enjoys the full scope of medical care that family practice encompasses. Her interests include urgent care and pediatrics, as well as chronic disease management and minor surgical procedures. Ms. Bell is available to see patients at Shell Lake Clinic and at the Siren satellite clinic.

Michael L. Breitenfeld, PA-C, served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. He graduated from UW-River Falls with a degree in biology and then attended the Physicians Assistant School at Marshfield Clinic, graduating first in the class. Breitenfeld has an interest in Family Practice and has been serving patients in northwestern Wisconsin for over 30 years.

Eydie Farrow, is a Shell Lake native who returned to this area after twenty years in Northeast Wisconsin. As an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Eydie’s practice includes a broad scope of medical care. Eydie believes that a major part of her role is that of an educator. She asserts that through education her patients can learn to prevent and even reverse many disease processes, therefore greatly improving the quality of their lives. Ms. Farrow is available for appointments Monday through Friday.
